Refund Policy

The short version

If what arrives is not what you needed, email contact@pathwaytoheaven.com within 30 days and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to have a reason we agree with.

What we sell

Every item in this shop is a digital product: a written prayer or blessing, composed by hand for the person who ordered it and delivered by email. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is nothing to return.

Refund window

30 calendar days from the date your written package is delivered to you. If your order has not been delivered yet, you can cancel at any time before delivery for a full refund.

How to request a refund

1. Email contact@pathwaytoheaven.com from the address you ordered with.
2. Include your order number, or the name the order was placed under.
3. You may say why, but you do not have to.

We reply to every refund request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Orders we refund automatically

• Your package was not delivered within the stated turnaround and we did not tell you in advance.
• You ordered something we do not write — anything aimed at another person's will, or anything touching health outcomes, legal matters, or gambling. We refund these in full and explain why.
• You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not order.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before the written package has been sent, for a full refund with no questions asked. Once it has been sent, the 30-day refund window applies instead.

Partial refunds

For bundles where some items have been delivered and others have not, we refund the undelivered portion in full and leave the choice on the delivered items to you.

What we cannot do

We cannot refund based on whether a hoped-for outcome happened. Everything in this shop is offered for entertainment, personal reflection and spiritual expression, and no spiritual, financial, romantic, health, legal or other result is promised or guaranteed. We will refund you because the writing was not what you needed — never as a settlement over an outcome.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before contacting your bank. We have never refused a refund request and it is faster for both of us.
