Digital delivery only
Everything sold here is delivered by email. Nothing is physically shipped, there are no shipping charges, and no delivery address is required.
How your order arrives
- Immediately after checkout — you receive an order confirmation. Your request (the box you filled in on the prayer's page) is already with Sylas; there is nothing else to send.
- Once you complete the intake — the turnaround clock starts. Nothing is written until you have told us what to hold.
- Within 24–48 hours — your written package arrives by email: the prayer itself, a note on what it was built around, an affirmation, and a printable card.
If something takes longer
Longer or more complex requests (Extended Prayer Request, Ten Intentions, The Complete Prayer Collection) take up to 14 days and say so on the product page. If any order will run past its stated time, we email you before the deadline, not after it.
If nothing arrives
Check your spam and promotions folders first — that is where it usually is. If it is genuinely not there, email contact@pathwaytoheaven.com and we will resend it immediately. No customer has ever paid and gone without.
Worldwide
Because delivery is by email, we serve customers anywhere. All prices are in US dollars.
