The short version

What you write in an intake form is read by us and by nobody else. It is never sold, never shared, and never published — including as an example on this website.

What we collect

• Order information — name, email address, and billing details, collected by Shopify to process your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your intake — whatever you choose to write about your situation.
• Basic site analytics — pages visited and general location, collected by Shopify.

What we do with it

Your intake is used for one thing: writing your prayer. Your email is used to deliver it and to answer you if you write to us. If you tick the newsletter box we will also send you the weekly letter, and you can unsubscribe from any email with one click.

What we never do

• Sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
• Publish anything you wrote in an intake, in any form.
• Use your situation as marketing copy, an example, or a testimonial.

Reviews

Reviews are published only where you have explicitly given permission on the review form, and only with the name and location you chose to give. You can ask us to remove a published review at any time and we will do it the same day.

Retention

Intake forms are deleted 12 months after delivery. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, except where we are legally required to keep an order record.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email contact@pathwaytoheaven.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Cookies

This store runs on Shopify, which uses cookies to keep your cart working and to measure basic traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart may stop working if you do.
